I'm checking some regional fabricators about making the:

spar fitting (sheet 6)
rudder horn and tailwheel control horn (sheet 13)
aileron bellcrank pieces (sheet 5)
lugs and doublers (sheet 22)
roll wire lug (sheet 23 and 23R)
throttle, mixture, carb, end plate (sheet 27)
trim handle pivot, seat belt (sheet 12)
horns (sheet 14)
most of sheet 15
cabane vee (sheet 16)
couple of pieces on sheet 17 and 17R
torque tube end piece, aileron/elevator linkage (sheet 18)
rudder cable attachement and brake pieces (sheet 19)
aileron horns (sheet 20)
horizontal stabilizer piece (sheet 11)

About how much should I expect to pay? I'll order the 4130 and ship it to them.

Thanks!

When I had mine done a couple years ago it ran me around $350, so something in the $350-$400 range would seem reasonable. The parts are simple, but there are a lot of small pieces on different thicknesses of 4130 which still translates into a fair amount of machine time (which is what you are paying for).

I paid $311 for as many parts as I could fit on a 18" X 36" 0.090 about 3 months ago.
