I used a CAD program that I had and organized the parts to fit on 9 x 18 inch sheets. I stacked the sheets that required multiples of the same parts and tack welded
the corners. I placed a piece of carpet tape between each of the sheets in the location of each of the parts so they would stay together during the water jet process. I was able to stack four .090 sheets. The operator then only had to make one pass for multiples of the same part. In CAD I placed a 1/16 hole on each hole center. The water jet operator said this would significantly reduce the run time over cutting the holes full size. I later drilled and reamed the holes myself using the 1/16 hole as a pilot. He ran the machine at 60% speed. He completed all my parts in about 1 hour. I only had to smooth the edges with 220 sandpaper.
