I worked out a cost to build a head comb. The head comb is 5 inches high and 50 inches long but could be cut to length. I use the West System resin and 4 layers of 8 oz fiberglass. It takes about 5-6 yards of fiberglass cloth and about a pint of resin and hardener. The head comb is bare fiberglass with no gelcoat. The outer side is smooth. The inner not so much. It has the pattern from the peel ply. Costs come to about $120 US dollars. Round that up to $200 US for my time plus shipping. Send me a personal message on this forum if you want one done.
